Toronto, ON – Today, strategic consulting firm, Connecting for Results Inc. (CFR), is pleased to announce the organization has entered into a joint venture with Zel Human Capital Inc. (ZHC), a leading executive search firm with a strong presence in the United States. This partnership enables Zel Human Capital to oversee CFR’s recruitment division further expanding CFR’s offerings to clients across North America. Effective today, CFR’s Recruiting / People Development services will now be referred to as “CFR Recruitment” in addition to expanding the company’s service offering.

ZHC’s Managing Partner, Alan Zel, will lead the new entity and will work closely with CFR’s founders, Gordon Griffiths and Bob Dale, as well as with Canadian recruitment partner Heather Black and the CFR team. “CFR Recruitment’s” mission is to serve the senior leadership and executive levels within the graphic communications industry while continuing to expand CFR’s presence in the ever-expanding US market. The addition of this new relationship enables both firms to draw on their combined industry and professional service expertise while providing clients across North America with a broader suite of recruitment and human capital offerings.
