KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Proforma, the largest family-owned and operated distributor in the print and promotional products industry, demonstrated its commitment to social responsibility and empowerment through its Women's Session during its Annual Convention and Family Reunion. Partnering with the Rose Brooks Center, a non-profit dedicated to ending domestic violence, Proforma facilitated an impactful session aimed at empowering survivors and raising awareness.
Jennifer Herrera, Distributor Owner of A&G Marketing Powered by Proforma, expressed her appreciation for the session and its impact on the community. "Attending the Women's Session was a powerful and eye-opening experience. It's truly inspiring when women come together to share stories of overcoming adversity in our personal lives and careers. I feel fortunate to be part of a network that uses its platform to support organizations like the Rose Brooks Center, making a positive impact both locally and beyond. "
The session featured a variety of activities aimed at educating, empowering, and supporting attendees. Highlights included a self-defense class, roundtable discussions, a presentation from the Rose Brooks Center, and a service project.
