Standard Register to Deliver E-forms Application

Press release from the issuing company

DAYTON, Ohio--July 9, 2001--Standard Register, a leader in document management and workflow solutions, announced today that through a reseller agreement with JetForm Corporation, a global provider of e-process solutions, Standard Register will deliver E-Forms Starter Pak(TM) as a solution to help migrate companies to electronic forms. The E-Forms Starter Pak offers businesses an out of the box solution for migrating to electronic documents by combining JetForm's FormFlow 99 forms design software with filler licenses, an HTML forms library, and a Quick Start Pak(TM) -- a set of 10 pre-designed e-forms. Two versions of the Quick Start Pak, which can be customized with a company name and logo, are available: * The Healthcare Human Resources Quick Start Pak includes many of the forms used for personnel management in hospitals and acute care facilities. * The General Business Quick Start Pak provides forms commonly found in businesses (e.g., expense reports, vacation requests, purchase requisitions, etc.) "With the E-Forms Starter Pak, Standard Register merges electronic media with our proven document management methods,'' says Walt Edge, Standard Register Marketing Manager, Document Automation. "This creates technology savvy e-products designed to improve customers' bottom lines without requiring huge upfront investments in custom-designed electronic forms programs.'' In addition to the 10 e-forms in the Quick Start Pak, the E-Forms Starter Pak also includes three custom forms with fill, print and save capabilities, designed specifically for the customer's organization. Both Standard Register and JetForm are leaders in e-forms technology and solutions, and combining their expertise and enhancing their solutions will help businesses improve efficiency and eliminate pre-printed documents by moving them towards electronic media. "Together with Standard Register we are providing organizations with the means to make their move to electronic forms an easy process and empowering them to work more efficiently,'' said John Hogerland, JetForm's vice president of global business development and alliances. "The E-Forms Starter Pak will get organizations on their way to more efficient business process, increased productivity and significant savings.''
