More Versatility on the DDC-8000
The DuSense DDC-8000 B2 Raised Spot UV Coater was built on the success of the more compact DDC-810, which made it simple for print providers to add tactile enhancements digitally and in-house on applications up to 14.33” x 29.13” and up to 450 gsm.

A standout feature on the DDC-8000 is the increased production flexibility, with the ability to handle maximum press sheets of 23” x 42” up to 600 gsm. The option to add cold foil in-line opens up more possibilities for unique eye-catching finishes. Holographic, metallic, and matte foils can be applied without lamination. Polymers are compatible with output produced by B2 devices as well as offset and digital presses. Additionally, its surface treatment option allows users to optimize performance by allowing the use of a single polymer regardless of the type of press used.

DSM-1000 Revolutionizes Short-Run Packaging
The DSM-1000 B2 Platen Die Cutter brings automated precision and intuitive technology to packaging applications. Custom-made steel rule dies perform through cutting, creasing, perforating, and kiss cutting on sheet sizes up to 20.8” x 29.5” up to 600 gsm. Its crease quality and foldability are exceptional, with and without lamination.

The use of registration marks offers a level of accuracy that is crucial for ensuring each folding carton, pocket folder, and shaped card is produced in the highest quality. The separation option automatically removes inner and outer waste from the finished piece.

Powerful Trio
Already part of the B2 line-up is the DC-746 B2 Slitter/Cutter/Creaser, which performs multiple-up finishing on maximum output of 29.52” x 29.52.” All three products offer ease of use and a PC-based setup using the PC Controller software. Through the use of barcodes and QR codes, operators can run these machines together and turnaround a wide variety of jobs with greater efficiency.
