Flex Technology Group Celebrates Record Revenues in 2023 at its 2024 Annual Leadership Conference

Mesa, Ariz. – Flex Technology Group, (FTG), the nation’s largest managed print services provider with national coverage for multi-vendor environments, held its Annual Leadership Conference on February 12 in Tempe, Arizona. The full-day event was hosted under the theme “ONE OF ONE” to exemplify FTG’s uniqueness in the industry. It brought together over 200 attendees, comprised of industry experts, FTG’s member companies and corporate staff members, to celebrate the company’s strong performance in 2023, customer successes and the presentation of company awards.

Frank Gaspari, founder and CEO of Flex Technology Group, kicked off the event by welcoming attendees, sharing his future-state vision for the company and outlining FTG’s impressive results in 2023. FTG experienced double-digit growth during this past fiscal year, posting a record $434 million in revenue and achieving an equally impressive 9% organic growth in 2023, resulting in $75 million in organic growth over the past two years.

Adding to FTG’s significant revenue milestones was another record year of maintaining 97% client retention of its 30,000 coast-to-coast customers and the addition of 1,800 new customers to the FTG customer base. FTG’s new customers include prominent enterprise accounts from every vertical market, notable hospitals and mega medical centers across the nation.

“This has been an exciting year for FTG and we are extremely optimistic about our opportunities for continued growth in the year ahead. Our focus on achieving long-term growth involves continuing to invest in our technology stack, ensuring our service network is one that cultivates a supportive culture and delivering nothing less than passionate customer care,” said Gaspari. “These goals, added to the investment we make in our talented employees, have created a company-wide culture that is truly results-driven and responsible for our ability to achieve and sustain this outstanding growth rate.”

Awards presented during the event to recognize the achievements of FTG companies included:

Founder’s Award: Advance Business Systems
President’s Cup: FlexTG OG (FlexPrint, ProCopy, Action Imaging Group)
Chairman’s Cup: FTG East (Flo-Tech)

Additionally, four sales representatives received “Sales Rep of the Year” awards, 36 “Above and Beyond” awards went to individuals working at various FTG companies and a “DEI Champion of the Year” award was also presented.
