Connecting for Results Appoints Division Leadership

Toronto, ON – Today, strategic consulting firm, Connecting for Results (CFR), is pleased to announce the leadership assignments of its three business divisions. Following the firm’s significant growth since its inception in the fall of 2019, the appointment of Bob Dale (Strategic Consulting), Gord Griffiths (Recruiting / People Development), and Mike Suter (Mergers & Acquisitions) as division heads enables CFR to further expand its offerings to clients across North America, effective immediately.

An industry veteran with a rich background in strategic consulting, Bob Dale assumes the role as Head of Strategic Consulting. With decades of communications management experience, Bob has developed an expertise in business planning and consulting services, and a speciality in transition execution and management support. As an experienced business owner Bob has completed assignments for printing companies, governments, universities and colleges, technology service providers, and major corporations, including RBC Royal Bank. Bob and the CFR team are available to help with services including business planning and marketing to industry research and supply chain management. Bob is currently CFR’s Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President and will continue with these roles.

CFR’s CEO & President, Gord Griffiths, will also take on the role as Head of Recruiting / People Development. As a highly respected corporate leader throughout North America, Gord has extensive experience in human resources and team building making him uniquely qualified to lead this division. With his innovative approach to business, coupled with his expertise in talent acquisition and development, Gord will be pivotal in strengthening CFR's workforce and enhancing its service offerings amidst the rapid changes in organizational culture and practices. The CFR team is available to help clients with recruitment, fractional management and staffing, team and leader evaluation and development, and business culture assessment.

With his extensive experience in strategic planning and business development, Mike Suter assumes the role of Head of Mergers & Acquisitions. With over 20 years of senior leadership and business ownership experience, Mike is a hands-on, results-driven management executive. He has worked in print and financial services helping teams with strategic planning, sales process enhancements, human resources, and team building. He is also skilled in capital improvements, negotiations, and workflow efficiencies and has extensive experience in succession planning. CFR’s Mergers & Acquisitions division provides clients with assistance across all stages of the mergers and acquisition process from business objectives to integration support. In addition to his role as a division leader, Mike is CFR’s Business Strategy and M&A Specialist.
