Print Innovation Launches The Pace Space

Press release from the issuing company

Robust peer group community for eProductivity Software’s Pace Print MIS Administrators enables fast access to productivity tools, new ideas and strategies, software snippets, and an extensive knowledge base based on Print Innovation’s years of consulting with Pace clients

Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Print Innovation, the leading independent consulting firm specializing in strategic support to help printing companies optimize their management information systems (MIS), today announced that it has created a new affordable subscription service, The Pace Space. It consists of a portal designed to make valuable content available to eProductivity Software’s Pace MIS system administrators 24/7. In addition to an online resource library, Print Innovation’s experts will frequently post ideas, things they have learned in working with clients, snippets of code for Administrators to try, workflows, and reports and other software customizations that Pace Administrators can try with their own systems.

“This is not a user group,” explained Jane Mugford, Print Innovation’s founder and Managing Director. “It is incremental to the technical support provided by eProductivity Software, and it is a place where Pace Administrators can ask questions, share ideas or ask for advice. Rather than resolving a specific technical issue, The Pace Space is designed to help Pace Administrators be more strategic and take their implementations to the next level, making a meaningful contribution toward improving their company’s productivity, customer service, and bottom line.”

One early subscriber to The Pace Space, Elizabeth Medina of Wallace Graphics in Atlanta, had this to say about the value of The Pace Space to her and her company:

Print Innovation's The Pace Space truly shines as a beacon of knowledge. Their insightful contributions have been instrumental in maximizing our use of the MIS system, elevating it to new heights. Each interaction with them is a treasure trove of learning, enriching our understanding. I am deeply grateful for the team at Print Innovation; they not only share their expertise but infuse every encounter with a personal touch. Together, we're on a remarkable expedition of growth, turning every challenge into an opportunity for collective success.

Mugford also points out that The Pace Space will be monitored by Print Innovation experts, who will provide quick responses to questions as appropriate. In addition, members can expect to receive responses from other member Administrators. “We wanted to build a place where Pace Administrators could really engage, share ideas, participate in online brainstorming, and learn, without spending a whole lot of money,” she says. “Our goal is to help keep them in a continuous improvement mindset. Plus, we expect that the community will also provide feedback that is valuable to eProductivity Software as they work to prioritize future product development.”

Often companies implement their print MIS, and then get busy with day-to-day activities, neglecting to continually add new capabilities and improve their implementations. Mugford adds, “When print MIS implementations fail, it is most often that they have become stagnant. By providing easy access for Administrators to inspiration and strategic guidance, we believe that most of them will be able to make a difference for their companies as they implement new ideas. Should they require more in-depth consulting, our experts will be available for those projects as well, as we always have been in the past.”
