Leading Franchise Company Invites Marketing & Visual Communications Sales Professionals to Raise Their Game

DALLAS – Drawing sales professionals and franchise owners throughout its network, Alliance Franchise Brands recently hosted its annual Sales Conference in Dallas. It was a two-day, deep dive into elevating attendees’ skills as marketing and visual communications consultants to small and mid-sized businesses across North America.

“Bringing together such a diverse group who share a common goal – to bring the most value to the partnerships they have with their clients – is always energizing,” said Jessica Eng, Executive Vice President Business Development for Alliance Franchise Brands. “This event is unique in that it reaches into our centers and pulls in their sales team members, introducing them to one another and allowing them to build connections among themselves and us, their sales and training support.”

The conference kicked off with an interactive general session led by Brad Adams, Master Sales Coach and Trainer from Sales Gravy, and the learning continued during breakout sessions and collaborative meetings between attendees and supplier partners. At the event’s awards dinner, individuals were recognized for their sales growth and excellence through the network’s Honors Sales Club program.

“As important as it is to promote our sales professionals’ development through this conference, it’s equally as essential that we celebrate their wins together as a team,” said Eng. “The Honors Sales Club recognition was particularly inspiring when we awarded more than $25,000 in cash prizes to many in attendance, including Platinum Awards for sales growth, Diamond Awards recognizing sales growth and sales volume, and Rookies of Year for our fast-starters.”
