Colleyville, TX—Madison Advisors—Madison Advisors announced today that senior analyst Rich Huff and senior project manager Amber Knight will be presenting the session “Managing Customer Privacy Across the Enterprise” at the Xplor 2023 Customer Communications Management (CCM) Summit, being held November 14-16 in Orlando, Florida. The event brings together end users, analysts, consultants, industry experts and vendors who will share best practices and trends in the CCM industry.

Huff and Knight’s advanced level session will be presented as part of the technical track on Tuesday, November 14 at 1:30 p.m. The session will discuss the critical role of trust within the financial services sector and how a robust privacy solution can support enterprises in retaining and growing their consumer base. Huff and Knight will also explore strategies for navigating a diverse array of state and federal privacy regulations while offering consumers visibility and choice when it comes to the ways their personal data is used.

Based on Madison Advisors’ recent study on cloud-based consent and preference management (CPM) solutions, the session will also examine the range of privacy solutions available to support enterprise initiatives. The study explains how they enable enterprises to collect customer consent in keeping with the ever-expanding array of regulations, as well as allow enterprises to manage customer preferences for data sharing.
