TORONTO - Joanne Gore, sought-after speaker, published author, and President of Toronto-based B2B marketing agency, Joanne Gore Communications, will wear multiple hats at this year’s Xplor CCM Summit, the not-for-profit association’s re-imagined Customer Communications Management (CCM) conference being held November 14-16 in Orlando, Florida.

Joanne has been a dynamic member of Xplor International since 2011, ultimately becoming Xplor Canada’s first female president in 2017. Today, she actively serves as Vice-Chair of the association’s volunteer board of directors (ABOD), as well as its Summit Chair. Alongside fellow Xplor members, Pat McGrew, M-EDP; Betsy Keplinger, M-EDP, CCSM1; Begin Thomas, Senior Architect, The Cincinnati Insurance Companies; and Association President and CEO, Skip Henk, EDP, the team revamped the conference’s session structure to dive deeper into the subjects that matter most to those in CCM.

“We've shaken things up quite a bit with a new format for this year’s CCM Summit, filled with learning, sharing, and innovation,” said Joanne. “We strategically crafted the educational agenda to provoke quality conversations – and left plenty of room for the networking and socializing Xplor is known for.”
