Steve Flugel Promoted to Customer Service Manager at Wise’s Alpharetta, GA Plant

ALPHARETTA, GA - Wise, a leading provider of custom business forms, digital print, and industrial and prime labels to the trade, is thrilled to announce the promotion of Steve Flugel to Customer Service Manager at the Alpharetta, GA plant, effective July 1.

Steve takes over for Cynthia Turner, who was promoted to General Manager of the Alpharetta plant following the retirement of H. T. Smith.

Steve's journey at Wise began in 2007. Through his unwavering dedication and consistent achievements, he quickly rose from logging orders and pre-flighting jobs to Customer Service Representative, assuming responsibility for managing some of Wise's largest and most critical accounts.

Steve’s exceptional skills in both customer service and relationship-building led to his promotion to Lead Customer Service Representative (CSR) in 2019. Wise customers know Steve both for his expertise and professionalism, as well as his ability to work seamlessly with Wise’s production team to ensure that jobs are prioritized to accommodate customer needs effectively.
