PASADENA, Calif. - April 26, 2001 - The Board of Directors of Avery Dennison Corporation (NYSE/PCX:AVY) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of 30 cents per share.
The dividend is payable on June 20, 2001, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 6, 2001.
