Press release from the issuing company

KEHL, GERMANY -- May 1, 2001 -- DALiM Software announces the appointment of Gee Ranasinha to the newly-created, senior position of Director of Marketing. Gee will work alongside Carol Werle, Chief Executive Officer, to support the continued growth of the company worldwide through an expanding distributor and reseller network and a consistent program of new production software developments. Gee has spent all his professional life immersed in the graphics industry in a variety of roles and has acquired a high level of technical, sales and marketing experience. With a degree in Photography, Film, TV, and a Masters in Fine Arts, he spent time as a digital image capture specialist with The Studio Workshop, before joining Dicomed Inc. as UK Sales and Marketing Manager. For the last six years Gee has been Marketing and Channel Manager for Turning Point Technologies, one of the UK's leading distributors of prepress and computer solutions. My all round experience in direct and indirect sales, channel management and all aspects of marketing has been perfect preparation for my new role at DALiM Software, explains Gee. "The company is recognized as a developer of innovative and professional production solutions which have proved popular with major publishers, printers and prepress houses worldwide. My principle task is to support DALiM's expansion strategy which will see regular new product developments available on UNIX, Macintosh OSX and Linux platforms. From being a developer of production and workflow software mainly for the high-end market, DALiM is now developing solutions designed to meet entry-level and mid-market requirements and price expectations." Commenting on Gee's appointment, Carol Werle said: "DALiM Software is turning up the heat and Gee has just the right credentials to fill this new senior position. His broad range of experience in sales and marketing with both manufacturers and suppliers will be an important asset to the company as we step up our expansion strategy."
