MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA and ENGLEWOOD, COLORADO April 23, 2001 Four51 and PrintXcel announced today that the two companies have created a marketing alliance to promote Four51's e-solution to PrintXcel's independent document distributor customers. PrintXcel's distributors may also be eligible for additional program benefits available to PrintXcel's distributors who adopt Four51.
The Four51 solution simplifies the cumbersome processes commonly experienced with the print materials procurement process. Four51 provides a common online platform that enables distributors to place, quote, process and manage orders with their customers and suppliers. PrintXcel will introduce the Four51 eProcurement tools to its distributor customers utilizing its vast National Sales network.

Four51 and PrintXcel will begin joint marketing efforts immediately, focusing on communications to the distributor channel served by PrintXcel.
