Cenosis Signs Yellow Pages Deal with ActiMedia

Montreal, April 26, 2001 - Cenosis Inc. (ME : CE) is pleased to announce it has signed a two-year agreement with Bell ActiMedia for digital workflow services related to traditional and online Yellow Pages content. Under the terms of the agreement, evaluated at no less than $1.2 million, Cenosis' KangaCom subsidiary will deliver the state of the art services. Furthermore, the agreement will allow Yellow Pages customers to benefit from Cenosis' large digital file transfer service, KangaXpress, now available through Bell Canada's BellZinc.ca SME portal. "This agreement represents a large-scale implementation of our digital workflow services and an opportunity to demonstrate sustainable efficiency and productivity improvements for this customer," said Richard Corbo, President and Chief Executive Officer of Cenosis. "We believe there is significant upside potential to increase the business volume under this contract."
