MENTOR, Ohio—Avery Dennison  today announced the promotion of Abby Monnot to the position of general manager, Graphics Solutions North America, effective March 20, 2023. She replaces Mariana Rodriguez, who was recently named vice president and general manager, Performance Tapes EMEA.

Monnot will have P&L responsibility for the Graphics NA business and will be focused on driving top and bottom-line growth. She will lead the graphics business strategies, which include facilitating a safe and inclusive place to work, accelerating growth in key segments, expanding the business in adjacent industries, establishing a more resilient supply chain, and advancing our corporate sustainability initiatives.

Monnot joined Avery Dennison in 2014 as a marketing specialist and has held roles of increasing scope and responsibility during her nine-year tenure. Most recently, she served as Marketing Director for the Graphic Solutions North America business, where she was responsible for leading segment marketing and marketing communications, product management and launches, channel marketing, training, and social media for all graphics segments. Prior to Avery Dennison, she held roles in marketing, sales and product management and product development for companies including American Greetings and FirstEnergy Solutions.
