Graphic Communications Leadership Institute Holds First Quarter 2023 Workshop in Chicago, IL

The Graphic Communications Leadership Institute (GCLI) held their first quarterly workshop of 2023 March 15 & 16 in Chicago, Illinois. The focus of the workshop was “Operational Excellence” and included extensive presentations and exercises designed to provide members with real-world tools and techniques they can bring back to their respective organizations and implement immediately.

Key topics of the workshop included: Performance improvement, workflow enhancements, standardization of processes and systems, training, benchmarking, Five-S, measuring and reducing waste and spoilage, and using technology to optimize efficiencies.

Founded in 2021, The Graphic Communications Leadership Institute (GCLI), a comprehensive three-year program for rising industry professionals, consists of four quarterly workshops, each one focusing on core elements of business management and organizational leadership. The group meets at various locations including leading industry manufacturers/suppliers and at some of the industry’s finest service providers.

GCLI is a rigorous, cutting-edge leadership development program specifically designed to prepare the next generation of business leaders with a well-rounded foundation in leadership and managerial expertise while developing a valuable peer network.

Now in its third year, the Institute continues to grow as forward-looking organizations address the challenge of retaining talent by investing in the leadership development of their key people.

GCLI admissions are on a rolling basis, allowing participants to enroll at any time during the year.

The next quarterly workshop will be held May 31-June 1, 2023 at Ricoh’s premier Customer and Executive Briefing Center in Boulder, Colorado.
