Quad, a marketing experience company, announces Rebecca (Becki) Holappa, 43, as Plant Director for both the Sussex and West Allis, Wisconsin plants.

Becki’s robust experience supporting internal partners and external clients positions her exceptionally well to become Plant Director for Quad’s headquarters and flagship location in Sussex, WI. She has demonstrated her commitment to the company’s diverse array of talent, recognizing Quad’s unique offering as a marketing experience company, and combining the power of its strong manufacturing operations with its integrated Agency Solutions.

Becki steps into the role of Plant Director with 25 years of print manufacturing experience — 20 of which have been with Quad. She spent the first decade of her Quad career supporting Prepress, working with some of Quad’s largest clients. Beginning as an Imaging Service Representative, she advanced through the department over the years, taking on the role of Prepress Business Area Manager in 2012. Over the last decade, Becki has been a part of the Continuous Improvement (CI) team, focusing her efforts on Manufacturing teams, training and developing employees to embrace Quad’s Lean methodology and serve clients in the most effective ways possible.

Becki has also been instrumental in Quad’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategy, helping start the new Quad MKE recruitment and training hub, and working on the company’s DEI Task Force that launched in 2022.

Becki has three children with husband Troy. Since 2022, she has been a leadership member of Quad’s Working Parent Business Resource Group (BRG) and the company’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Working Team.
