INTRAFORM, INC. INCREASES PRODUCT AND SERVICE OFFERINGS

Press release from the issuing company

BEACH, Fla., March 6, 2001 - Workflow Management, Inc., a leading supplier of business printing and supply chain management services, today announces that Intraform, Inc., a value-added reseller of the iGetSmartTM system, has issued a positive progress report regarding the effects of the system on its operations. A print distributor with offices in Arizona, California and Nevada, Intraform, Inc. became a reseller of the iGetSmartTM system in keeping with its corporate mission to consistently add value to its client relationships. As evidence of Intraform’s enthusiasm for iGetSmartTM, within two months of becoming licensed resellers, it had agreements with Contractors Labor Pool, Swift Trucking and First American Title to purchase, manage and distribute printed products utilizing the cutting-edge tools and end-to-end capabilities of the system. Having successfully completed the initial set up and launch phase for all three clients, Mickey Lucas, Executive Vice President of Intraform, recently issued a positive progress report of results. Mr. Lucas commented, “Not only has the iGetSmartTM system provided many service benefits and efficiencies for Intraform’s clients, but it has helped us streamline and improve our internal processes as well. We’re now able to grow our distributorship much more efficiently, without adding a proportionate amount of overhead and personnel in the process.” Mr. Lucas further stated, “I conservatively project that these initial clients alone should generate $2 million in transactions on the iGetSmartTM system in calendar year 2001, of which a percentage will be paid to iGetSmart.com as a transaction fee.” Commenting on the success of Intraform as a reseller, Tom D’Agostino, Jr., Co-President of Workflow Management and President and Chief Executive Officer of iGetSmart.com said, “This further validates what I’ve been consistently preaching to anyone within earshot. When companies like Intraform recognize the tremendous benefits of an end-to-end solution, and they present it to their clients and prospects, everyone wins!” Tom D’Agostino, Sr., Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Workflow Management, further commented, “When it comes to the procurement, management and distribution of products, especially custom products like print, I’ve always believed that companies which successfully combine cutting-edge technology with in-house brick and mortar distribution centers will eventually win in the marketplace. Consistently seeing examples of successful programs, as in the case of Intraform and its clients, further bolsters my confidence in that belief.”
