Rochester, NY, October 20, 2008 - Rochester Software Associates, Inc. will be well represented at the upcoming Graph Expo industry trade show in Chicago. RSA will be in no less than three distinct booths, demonstrating the breadth and depth of their print workflow offerings.
WebCRD, RSA's award-winning (Best of Show at ON DEMAND 2008 and 2007) Web-to-Print solution will be on display in booths #1219 and #1775. The highlight will be WebCRD Dynamics, which delivers hands-free automated Variable Data Printing without any operator involvement. Users select from assorted templates for business cards, booklets, postcards, and more. Next, they personalize the images and text in the document by uploading their data, and a proof is generated automatically. There is no need for the print center to merge the data and the template. Print jobs can even AutoFlow directly to a wide range of printers, for lights out production. This is why RSA's WebCRD is the Fastest Path to Volume.
RSA will also be demonstrating their TransPromo solutions for Datacenters in booth #3000. M.I.S. Print and IPDSPrint transform legacy data streams to PostScript. Jobs can be automatically routed for production via QDirect, RSA's Enterprise Output Manager. Reprints can be done without reprocessing at the mainframe, saving valuable time. As organizations look to reduce their environmental footprint, PDF Pro adds the ability to repurpose documents as PDF. Documents can be archived in PDF/A, the ISO standard for long-term archival. Customer service representatives can view a PDF of the actual statement a customer is calling about.
"RSA's solutions are designed to automate production printing so our customers are more productive," observed Tim Kelly, Senior Vice President at RSA. "Graph Expo is a great opportunity to demonstrate how our breadth and depth of products address every aspect of automated production printing for the enterprise."
