Collabria Launches New Initiatives to Increase Revenue and Margins of Print Suppliers

SAN MATEO, CA - April 9, 2001 - Collabria·, Inc., developer of the most widely used e-commerce solution for creating, managing and delivering enterprise print, today announced the creation of new programs that offer printers and print providers new revenue opportunities, enabling them to capitalize on Collabria's growing success. Collabria's direct sales force is focused on serving large, print-intensive enterprise companies and their preferred suppliers with one comprehensive, e-commerce solution that integrates all relevant parties into an efficient supply chain. In today's announcement, Collabria introduced the "Collabria Ready·" initiative, which will identify and promote Collabria certified print suppliers to Collabria's enterprise customer base. To qualify for Collabria Ready status, which will include a listing in a Collabria Ready Supplier Directory, print providers will be trained and certified on the Collabria PrintCommerce eProduction· system. Currently open to all printers and print distributors in the United States and Canada, the Collabria Ready initiative serves to differentiate suppliers, associating them with the most robust suite of marketing e-commerce applications in the marketplace. As part of this initiative, the company also announced that Collabria Ready suppliers would be eligible to provide e-commerce catalog content creation and maintenance services to enterprise customers. Delivering an enterprise-class online catalog requires a significant amount of e-commerce content creation and ongoing maintenance. Collabria is offering training and certification to Collabria Ready suppliers who desire to provide these value-added services, enabling print suppliers to realize a new high-margin, incremental revenue stream. Collabria Ready suppliers may also take advantage of co-selling opportunities through Collabria's new Customer Referral Program, which allows Collabria Ready suppliers to share in Collabria's revenue from direct e-commerce sales. Suppliers earn a percentage of the customer's subscription fee for each qualified referral that becomes a Collabria customer.
