Tecnau & Canon Partner for “Spring Forward with Tecnau” Live Virtual Event on June 15th

Press release from the issuing company

The event will feature visits to two Canon/Tecnau users

Canon and Tecnau will co-host a pair of hour-long sessions to discuss and demonstrate the latest innovations in inkjet production printing and finishing, illustrating the many opportunities available for printers across the gamut of digital print market segments.

During the event attendees will enter the production floor of two selected customers and discover how end-to-end solutions can improve business and transform white paper, from critical transactional documents to beautiful & colorful printed applications such as books, catalogues, direct mail, flyers and more:

At KGM in Sweden, discover how direct mail and transactional print applications are produced on Canon’s recently announced ColorStream 8000 continuous-feed inkjet printing system, with the help of the Tecnau Revolution 50 series cut & stack solution configured in slit/merge mode inline with the TC 1550 HS Dynamic processor. Revolution 50 fully supports ColorStream 8000’s capability to run at speeds up to 160 mpm, on papers from 40 to 160 gsm.

At AB Data in Milwaukee, see Canon & Tecnau cooperating to provide both continuous web and sheet-fed solutions. AB is an omni-channel provider of direct marketing and business critical communications with specialties in fundraising and class action administration. Tecnau’s Roll 9 roll-to-roll system and TC 1550 HS 1E dynamic perforator with scoring/creasing provide feeding and finishing for AB’s ColorStream 3900 press, running direct mail applications like letters and postcards. AB also has a VarioPrint i300+ sheetfed inkjet press, running more demanding applications on coated papers, augmented by Tecnau’s TC 1530 C sheetfed dynamic perforator, also with scoring/creasing.

Spring Forward with Tecnau and Canon will feature two virtual sessions on June 15th, timed to accommodate varying geographies
