CINCINNATI, Ohio – Haney announced today that it has been recognized by the BRC Global Standard (BRCGS) with its Global Food Safety Standard for the safe filling of dry food and non-food products, repackaged into flexible and rigid packaging. BRCGS harmonizes food safety standards throughout the supply chain and it is globally recognized across both food and non-food categories as the most rigorous third-party certification of its type. The Food Safety Standard is the leading Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) program, and the most widely accepted by specifiers, brands and retailers.
