TLMI Announces New Sustainability Recognition Program

Press release from the issuing company

Milford, OH: For two decades, TLMI’s Sustainability Leadership Awards have recognized association members who have consistently demonstrated a commitment to progressive sustainability practices across a wide range of areas.

TLMI announces that in 2022 the association is introducing a new program called Champions for Change. The Champion for Change program encourages TLMI members to submit a brief overview of a current project or product, and to outline how it positively impacts any one of the following categories: Culture, Circularity, Resource Efficiency, Reduce-Reuse-Recycle, Purposeful Innovation, and Social Impact. Selected companies will receive recognition through a published video interview, a dedicated press release, the TLMI website, and the association’s monthly newsletters.

TLMI Vice President of Sustainability, Rosalyn Bandy, comments, “TLMI’s new Champions for Change program is yet another way that association members can showcase their progress in implementing sustainability initiatives. TLMI recognizes that sustainability is an extensive, and critical, dynamic in companies progressing into the new ways that we are all moving forward into a better and more inclusive future. Champions of Change is the association’s way of making sure recognition is awarded to companies that deserve industry-wide accolades for their hard work and dedication.”
