Offering Particularly Important for Printers Considering new Digital Presses

West Chester, OH--Color-Logic has announced that the number of different gold colors available in its basic Color-Logic license has been expanded from 25 to 55. For most jobs, Color-Logic users will no longer find it necessary to stock gold inks or substrates, or to match golds using trial or error. Color-Logic Director of Sales and Marketing Mark Geeves, discussing the palette expansion, said: "Many digital press manufacturers now offer silver and gold inks or toners to compliment their traditional CMYK inks or toners. But without Color-Logic, these presses are limited to a single gold color. Color-Logic licensees now can offer their customers 55 different gold options--and these golds can be used not only as spot colors in designs but in the many embellishment options available in the Color-Logic software. Perhaps even more important, digital press owners no longer need to waste precious production time swapping out silver ink or toner to run gold."

Color-Logic™develops color communication systems and software tool sets for a variety of special effect printing applications. Color-Logic provides brand owners, product managers, corporations, and their advertising agencies the ability to differentiate themselves and their clients with a simple print production process that yields dramatic results. Color-Logic decorative effects utilize the existing workflows of printers and designers, yielding dynamic results without the use of special equipment. Color-Logic supports the value of print and works with designers and printers to enhance their printed media. For more information, visit www.color-logic.com or call +1-513-258-0047.
