Press release from the issuing company
PrintFactory workflow software continues to gain in popularity, as confirmed by the appointment of leading supplier Grafiska Kanalen in Malmö, Sweden to be its distributor in the Nordic and Baltic Regions. This growth completes PrintFactory’s expansion in 2021 which also included Iberia and the appointment of Inimap as the distributor for DACH earlier this year.
Claes Jeppsson has over 30 years experience working in the European graphics market with companies such as QMS-Minolta, Epson Europe and Onyx Graphics. He has established the Grafiska Kanalen business in Sweden to provide high quality products to the graphic arts market across the Nordic region.
Grafiska Kanalen will grow its portfolio of complementary products, but will focus the majority of their efforts on making PrintFactory a key supplier to the region. Grafiska Kanalen has partnered with the Netherlands-based software manufacturer to develop its reseller channels and provide training, support and consultancy services.
Workflow software made by printers, for printers
"This is an important step for us, SaaS is the future for this market" says Claes Jeppsson, founder of Grafiska Kanalen. "We believe that this suite of tools will simplify the lives of production teams, as well as produce a much better-quality end product for their customers. We are especially excited about the management features of the software. What we like about PrintFactory is how it accelerates production and saves money on the bottom line. This means the software almost sells itself - so we are looking forward to showing it to all of our dealers soon."
PrintFactory is a suite of workflow software that’s been made by a team of printers to solve the everyday challenges faced by wide format printers. “Software that makes your life a lot easier”
Erik Strik, CEO of PrintFactory says, "We have a clear vision and I am confident in Claes' abilities to grow this key market. Claes has extensive experience in the sector, but more importantly, he has the entrepreneurial spirit we need to push for a new, smarter way of working that will help the world's digital print shops eliminate the painstaking and costly complexities that, for too long, have been a part of wide-format print. Take a look at PrintFactory if you want the best possible colour, consistently, and need to have access to software that makes your life a lot easier."
