(OTC BB: BYTE), an innovator in data compression technology and workflow solutions, today announced an agreement with Typetec Ltd., a graphic arts solutions provider, to sell Piranha software throughout the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Typetec supplies a comprehensive range of digital imaging solutions to the graphic arts sector in Ireland. Its customers include all leading newspapers, printers, repro houses, publishers, designers, photographers and advertising agencies in that country. "Typetec saw the necessity for easy-to-use, accurate cross-platform compression software long before it was recognized as an important business utility by most of the industry. This agreement with Piranha allows us to realize that vision." "As we have built the network of dealers who are selling Piranha products across Europe, we have looked for aggressive marketing teams that supply their customers with innovative solutions," said Alan Fairnington, Piranha's director of international business and managing director of its London operation. "Typetec certainly has established itself as that type of company and will play a key role in Piranha's international sales efforts."
