RadTech Hires Sustainability Manager

Chevy Chase, MD – With increasing interest in Ultraviolet and Electron Beam (UV+EB) technologies as companies develop sustainability efforts, RadTech, the non-profit for UV+EB, has hired Cara Bommarito to manage the group's sustainability and research initiatives. The RadTech Sustainability Committee is led by Todd Fayne, PepsiCo and David Biro, Sun Chemical.

"With her terrific, wide ranging experience, we are excited to have Cara help lead our sustainability efforts," says Susan Bailey, RadTech President, Michelman, Inc. "Our technology offers manufacturers a well-established platform to next generation processes, and with Cara’s insight and management, we have an opportunity to better document the benefits this technology can offer."

Ms. Bommarito has a degree in Environmental Science from the University of Michigan in Dearborn and offers technical and business development experience, with previous positions at BASF, Fanuc Robotics and Mabuchi Motors.
