Press release from the issuing company
Cincinnati, Ohio, USA 3/6/01- The Tri-State Group of xpedx, a leading distributor of graphic arts supplies, recently selected Kodak Polychrome Graphics as its Graphic Supplier of the Year.
"This award is a testimony to the true commitment and relationship building Kodak Polychrome Graphics strives to achieve with all of its customers," said Andrew Copley, Kodak Polychrome Graphics President of US&C Region. "xpedx is recognized for distribution excellence, and to be named "Supplier of the Year" by the Tri-State Group is a great honor."
Personnel at the Tri-State Group of xpedx were polled on five key criteria as to which of their many graphics vendors was to be considered the "best". The criteria were: product quality, technical support, responsiveness of the field sales people, courtesy and responsiveness of the vendor's customer service organization, and the understanding of the xpedx business.
Ultimately, Kodak Polychrome Graphics made the grade and received the award at the annual Tri-State, xpedx vendor appreciation ceremony held this year at Cincinnati's new professional football facility, Paul Brown Stadium.
