Cloud MIS Launched by Tharstern for the Label Sector

Press release from the issuing company

Tharstern Cloud for Labels was officially launched yesterday at a virtual event attended by more than 150 people in the industry.

This product will initially be available to the label sector, but over the coming years development will continue to make the product available for other print sectors.

Tharstern believe the roots of a great print company lie with the concept of Being Bionic – nurturing the human talent you have in your team, as well as investing in technologies and bringing the two together to create a successful business. Tharstern wanted to bring this into their new product and create and MIS that also contributes the culture of their business. They’ve added various employee engagement tools into the software such as the Tharstern Academy – a training programme which awards certifications and helps nurture personal development, virtual noticeboard where users can pick what’s displayed and regular feedback surveys to find out how employees are feeling and measure engagement levels.

Tharstern Cloud is built using an API First approach. It has a fully accessible API which allows label companies to synergise their MIS with other software applications to allow crucial data to be passed from one application to another at any level.

“Tharstern Cloud isn’t just a web application migrated to a Cloud platform, it’s built on cloud-native technologies which means as well as the obvious benefits such as remote working, mobility, and always being up-to-date, it also offers world-class security, availability, and almost unlimited scalability.”
