Press release from the issuing company
Leading paper manufacturer Fedrigoni UK is excited to invite the creative community to contribute to their annual calendar, Fedrigoni 365. Each year, the coveted calendar project serves a compendium of the UK’s very best creative work, with the 2022 edition now open for registration.
Since its inception in 2017, Fedrigoni has once again collaborated with design studio TM to unite creatives across the nation through Fedrigoni 365. Each year, the UK-based creative community is invited to contribute a design that interprets a date of the year provided to them at random, resulting in a diverse and vibrant time capsule of creative talent.
Ambra Fridegotto, Fedrigoni UK, commented: “Following a year of immense upheaval for the creative sector, community and togetherness has never been more important. Inclusion and positivity has always been at the heart of the Fedrigoni 365 project, bringing together creatives of all styles and generations in the spirit of collaboration. We hope to continue the legacy of creative connectedness through the 2022 edition.”
Now in its fifth year, Fedrigoni is calling upon the UK’s creative community to register their interest in designing for the 2022 edition of the calendar. Interested applicants can submit their details via the Fedrigoni 365 website, after which a selection will be invited to contribute.
The design concept for each edition differs per year, with the inaugural calendar for 2018 printed entirely in silver on Fedrigoni’s Sirio Ultra Black. Where the 2019 edition paid homage to the company’s expansive collection of white papers, the 2020 calendar celebrated the vibrancy of Fedrigoni’s 80% recycled range, Woodstock.
The 2021 edition was Fedrigoni’s most inclusive yet, showcasing the work of almost 1,000 contributors through the power of digital printing technology. The calendar enabled Fedrigoni to engage with more of the creative community than ever before, reaching its highest ever print circulation and seeing engagement increase by over 165% since 2019. All profits from previous editions have been donated to charity, so far raising over £20,000.
Fedrigoni is set to launch the Fedrigoni 365 2022 in November this year.
