Oce Offers New Photobase Product, PhotoPerfect for Wide Format Supplies Marketplace
Press release from the issuing company
Chicago, IL, February 27, 2001 - Oce Imaging Supplies, a global leader in digital document management and delivery technology, is pleased to announce the release of Oce PhotoPerfect, a new universal photobase product thatprovides the highest quality of photo images for multiple imaging devices at no additional cost to the original photobase product.
The Oce PhotoPerfect product produces whiter, brighter images than most comparable products. Because this new photobase product is truly universal, accepting both dye and pigment inks and created for use with both piezo and thermal ink jet printers, it eliminates the need to stock multiple products providing dealers with increased economies of scale. Also, because this product will accept both dye and pigment inks, printing and graphic firms no longer have to change their production set-ups, thus speeding the time-to-completion of their projects - ultimately delivering
increased profit margins on these projects.
"Oce is pleased to deliver a truly universal product that produces stronger, clearer images at no additional cost to our customers," says Bruce Winfield, vice president of marketing for Oce Imaging Supplies. "By providing superior versatility and quality at the same cost as our other photobase products, we are enhancing profitability, productivity and quality for our entire customer base."
Oce PhotoPerfect is a 7 mil, bright white, high opacity photobase paper, coated with inkjet receptive layers to control dot gain and facilitate lamination.
