Presstek Appoints Former CreoScitex Exec Stan Najmr to Director, DI Marketing

HUDSON, N.H., Feb. 22 Presstek, Inc., the leading developer of thermal direct imaging and printing plate technologies for the printing and graphic arts industries, announced that Stan Najmr has been appointed Director, DI Marketing promoting Presstek's DIRECT Imaging products worldwide.
Najmr, previously with Scitex America Corp. (now CreoScitex), will be responsible for both promoting Presstek's DI capability to press manufacturers worldwide, as well as managing existing DI customer and partner projects.

Najmr was Marketing Director, Advanced Products for CreoScitex, and there managed the company's entire portfolio of networking products, databases and high-end optical imaging devices. Najmr had already spent twelve years at Scitex America when the merger with Creo Products occurred. Among his achievements at Scitex, where he held a number of product marketing and technical training positions, were the highly successful launches of the Lotem platesetter and Brisque workflow.
