Rondo-Pak Achieves Idealliance® G7® Certification for Tenth Consecutive Year

Press release from the issuing company

Company’s G7 Process Control Master Certification exemplifies its commitment to quality and consistency in commercial print and packaging.

Camden, N.J. – Rondo-Pak, LLC/Contemporary Graphic Solutions, a leading provider of printed components and quality folding cartons for the pharmaceutical, medical device and consumer industries, is pleased to announce it has earned Ideallance G7 Process Control Master Facility certification for the tenth year in a row. Rondo-Pak/CGS is the first and longest standing company on a list of currently only seven in the U.S. with this certification, solidifying it as a proven supply chain leader, with demonstrated capabilities across color management, process and quality control. G7 Process Control Masters are equipped to handle the most stringent demands and maintain the highest level of quality required by leading print and secondary packaging buyers.

The certification process includes thorough analysis and alignment of the entire print supply chain within the Rondo-Pak/CGS facilities, as well as its print supply chain partners. This assessment is conducted by a G7 Process Control Expert and evaluated quarterly by an independent third-party analysis laboratory. Certification is valid for one year and includes quarterly maintenance to ensure ongoing compliance and the highest levels of performance.

In addition, this certification is granted in three distinct compliance levels, the highest and most stringent of which is G7 Colorspace. Rondo-Pak/CGS is proud to have achieved the level of G7 Master Qualification with Colorspace compliance, demonstrating that the facility has calibrated all presses, pre-press equipment and systems to G7 gray balance and neutral tone curves and can deliver G7 proofs and print products, while maintaining extremely tight tolerances throughout the whole color space.

Rondo-Pak/CGS is capable of meeting the highest quality levels set by Ideallance through utilizing spectrophotometry to keep its color standards within a max Delta E of 2. In addition to offset presses, the company offers digital printing, which allows for the use of a specific mixture of Pantone inks for the most precise color match on the market.

“Ideallance G7 certifications set the standard for our industry when it comes to consistency and quality control,” said Bob Reilley, President and COO of Rondo-Pak/CGS. “Our ability to meet their stringent guidelines year after year highlights our deep commitment to exceeding our customers’ expectations by delivering high-quality printed materials with maximum efficiency.”
