Lexar Media Makes Key Management Changes

PMA, Orlando, FL, February 10, 2001—Lexar Media Inc. (NSDQ: LEXR), a leading designer, developer and marketer of award-winning high-performance digital film and connectivity products for the digital photography market, announced today key changes and additions to its management team. Doug Kellam has joined Lexar Media as vice president of marketing. Effective immediately, Jack Peterson will serve as Lexar’s vice president of corporate business development. Tim Sullivan has joined Lexar to take over Peterson’s former role as vice president of sales and channel marketing.
