Automated Graphics to Offer Rightsmarket Digital Publishing Solutions

WASHINGTON, D.C. Feb. 7, 2001- Automated Graphics, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Consolidated Graphics Inc. (NYSE: CGX - news) and a North American leader in commercial printing services, and RightsMarket Inc. (CDNX: RTS - news), a leader in digital publishing technology, today jointly announced a strategic reseller partnership. Under this agreement, Automated Graphics will utilize their extensive client base in the publishing and printing industries to promote and sell RightsPublish, the end-to-end digital rights solution developed by RightsMarket. A RightsPublish training program for the Automated Graphics' sales force will supplement the co-marketing of these services.
