Aladdin Introduces New User Rebate for Stuffit Deluxe 6.0

Watsonville, CA- February 6, 2001- Aladdin Systems, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Aladdin Systems Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB: ALHI), today launched its "Stuff the Internet" new users rebate program. Aladdin is offering first time buyers a $25 US mail-in rebate off the purchase price of StuffIt Deluxe(tm) 6.0 when purchased through one of Aladdin's retail partners. "Aladdin decided to offer the StuffIt Deluxe first-time buyer a $25.00 mail-in rebate because we wanted to help improve their Internet experience", said Mark Leitch, Aladdin's Director of Sales. "Macintosh Internet users can benefit from using StuffIt Deluxe because it accesses virtually any file sent over email and speeds file transfer- which saves money!" The "Stuff the Internet" $25 new-user rebate, like the StuffIt Deluxe $50.00 upgrade rebate program, runs through June 30, 2001. The "Stuff the Internet" new-user rebate program runs until June 2001. New purchasers of StuffIt Deluxe, through one of Aladdin's retail partners, are entitled to the $25 mail-in rebate. StuffIt Deluxe has an estimated street price of $79.95 (US). The rebate program is valid in the United States and Canada only.
