Mitsubishi Imaging CEO Retires, Shima to Take Helm

RYE, NY, February 5, 2001 - Mr. Atsushi Bando has announced his retirement, effective February 1, 2001, as President and CEO and from the board of directors of Mitsubishi Imaging (MC), Inc. Mr. Bando spent 34 years with Mitsubishi and as President/CEO was instrumental in the success and growth of Mitsubishi Imaging. Mr. Bando's successor will be Mr. Akiyoshi Shima. Mr. Shima is Manager of Consumer Business Development Department for Mitsubishi Corporation and was previously Deputy General Manager of Mitsubishi's Graphic Arts Department in Germany.
