Bitstream Releases the Cambridge Font Collection

CAMBRIDGE, MA — February 5, 2001 — Bitstream Inc. (Nasdaq: BITS) announced today the release of The Cambridge Collection. The Cambridge Collection brings together a unique collection of original and classic fonts, perfect for the home, office, or studio. The collection includes many Bitstream originals, such as Bitstream Amerigo and Bitstream Chianti; fun fonts, such as Mister Earl and Staccato 222; and elegant typefaces, such as Lucia and Park Avenue. The Cambridge Collection comes with 200 fonts, including display faces and families of text faces, selected from Bitstream's world-class typeface library. All of the fonts are high-quality, finely crafted, professional typefaces. The fonts are in TrueType and PostScript formats. Customers can use one product to install their fonts on both Windows and the Macintosh.
