Leadership Development Program for Rising Professionals

The Graphic Communications Leadership Institute (GCLI) has announced its initial workshop is scheduled for March 24 & 25, 2021 at the Chicago O’Hare Hilton Hotel in Chicago, Il. This central location makes it easy and convenient for participants to arrive and depart in a timely way, either by air or by car.

GCLI is a rigorous, cutting-edge leadership development program specifically designed to prepare the next generation of business leaders with a well-rounded foundation in leadership and managerial expertise.

This three-year program is made up of quarterly 1-day workshops that include customized breakout sessions with faculty. Virtual “check in” sessions every 45 days serve to keep participants on track between workshops.

Each year, two of the four quarterly workshops will be held at the O’Hare Hilton. There will also be two workshops hosted at a manufacturer/supplier training and demonstration facility and at a selected printing company. The curriculum is built upon four foundational areas: Strategic Planning, Sales Leadership, Financial Controls, and Operational Excellence. Seminar modules will be presented by industry veterans, Joseph P. Truncale, Ph.D, CAE; Mike Philie; and Gregory S. D’Amico, Ph.D.
