RetireSafe Joins the Keep Me Posted North America Coalition

Press release from the issuing company

Chicago, Ill. – Keep Me Posted North America (KMP) is pleased to welcome RetireSafe as a public interest partner in our advocacy campaign working for the right of every consumer to choose, free of charge, how they receive important information from their service providers – on paper or electronically.

RetireSafe President and CEO, Mark Gibbons, will give a strong voice to American Seniors' critical communications needs on the KMP Steering Committee, bolstering the campaign's efforts in education and awareness. Mark brings the passion, vision and leadership as the hands-on executive of the grassroots nonprofit organization founded three decades ago, with the mission of educating and advocating on behalf of mature Americans. Mark's extensive history of public service includes senior leadership roles at Caregiver Action Network, the American Red Cross, and directing legislative affairs at the local and national levels of government. KMP looks forward to these exceptional talents in service to our shared mission.

KMP continues to grow its partnerships with consumer groups in North America that work on behalf of consumers disproportionately trapped in the digital divide, and particularly vulnerable to having their communications choices removed. RetireSafe joins a diverse panel of advocacy groups including Consumer Action, National Consumers League, and The National Grange. The coalition works to protect the consumer’s right to choose between paper and digital communications.
