Case Paper Philadelphia Facility Welcomes New Operations Manager, Denis Kovacevic, Singing “We are Family!”

Press release from the issuing company

Philadelphia, Pa. – Case Paper is proud to welcome Denis Kovacevic as the new operations manager for our Philadelphia facility. In fact, we’re so excited that we’ve been playing the Sister Sledge song on repeat since he started in September to help him feel at home.

Denis comes to us with over 17 years of proven Operations, Manufacturing, and Plant Management experience, and his background in the packaging industry includes work at LBP Manufacturing / Sabert Corporation, Union Packaging, and Roto-Flex.

Currently in the middle of remodeling his home, Denis has a passion for building things, which shows in the reputation he’s crafted for himself as a strong and innovative leader.

Much like Drake, Denis started from the bottom now he’s here, and he attributes much of his success as a manager to the fact that he’s worked his way up through the various roles at different levels of manufacturing that he now oversees. A naturally curious person, Denis likes to know how everything works, which is a pretty big requisite for the guy supervising production, shipping, scheduling, quality, procurement, and safety at our Philly plant.

Now he may work in packaging, but don’t put him in a box. He’s not the type to be cooped up in an office, but instead prefers to get out on the floor with everyone, see what’s going on first-hand, and maintain direct communication with his employees.

“We are excited to welcome Denis to the Case family and believe he is a perfect fit for this crucial role and for our company’s goals and core values,” shared Thomas McDonough, General Manager of Philadelphia & Corporate Operations at Case Paper.

Denis really gets behind the notion of all Case employees making up a “work family,” because at his core he is a family man! Denis enjoys spending time with his wife of 16 years, 15-year-old daughter, and 9-year-old son. His other hobbies include travelling and watching European soccer (go Croatia!). Don’t worry, Philly friends, he’s also an Eagles fan.
