TLMI Welcomes Dale Coates as Association’s Engagement Director

Press release from the issuing company

Milford, Ohio – TLMI announces that Dale Coates has been named the association’s Engagement Director. In her new role, Dale will develop and lead initiatives that help companies maximize the value they receive from association membership in addition to facilitating and supporting the TLMI Membership Committee. She will additionally orchestrate outreach strategies to broaden the association’s messaging and connection with non-member converter and supplier companies that would benefit from the resources that TLMI membership offers. Her outreach efforts will also include high schools and technical schools to generate industry awareness and future opportunities for graduates and scholarship candidates.

Dale brings extensive industry experience to her new role, having worked with industry adhesives and sealants manufacturer, Franklin International. During her tenure with Franklin, Dale served on the TLMI Environmental Committee and was an active member of the association.

TLMI President, Linnea Keen, comments, “I’m thrilled to have Dale as part of the TLMI team. In the past, Dale and I worked together as co-suppliers in the materials manufacturing space and I was always so impressed with her extensive technical expertise and professional acumen. She has a PhD in Polymer Science and was an instrumental member of the TLMI Environmental Committee, helping to drive the committee’s early initiatives in sustainability and recycling forward. Dale also has a background in sales, technical support and marketing and her interpersonal skills will be a core part of expanding TLMI’s reach with existing members, in addition to prospective members, across the North American marketplace.”
