Mr. Norris brings to the company 17 years of accounting and finance experience. Most recently, he held the position of Director of Financial Planning and Reporting at U.S. Diagnostic Inc., a NASDAQ-listed diagnostic imaging company. Prior to that from 1996 to 1997, he was Chief Financial Officer at Guardian International Inc., a publicly held company and one of the largest security alarm-monitoring companies in the United States. From 1993 until 1996, Mr. Norris was the Vice President of the International Airline Support Group.
