New role supports company’s restructure to scale for significant growth
CMYUK, Shrewsbury – Sue Hayward has been promoted to the position of Sales Director at CMYUK Digital. This is in recognition of her outstanding performance in equipment sales, and the significant contribution she has already made to the business particularly on the development of the hardware On-line Price List (OLP), the use and integration of the company’s Salesforce CRM System and the nurturing of supplier relationships.
Sue will continue her exemplary sales activity, manage her key accounts and will oversee the external sales team, which will now directly report to her. She will augment best practice to drive increased sales efficiency across the team with a greater effective use of CMYUK’s technology, resulting in a more pertinent and unified approach when dealing with customers.
She will work with hardware manufacturers to provide the best possible investment opportunities for customers, and will ensure that the CMYUK Demonstration and Training Centre has the latest, most advanced equipment on display. She will also focus on product development, and will bring new suppliers on-board where they fit within CMYUK’s onward growth strategy.
Sue will also play a key co-ordination role across the company to further finesse the customer journey, to ensure that demonstrations, installations and support consistently deliver a first class experience. Sue will report to CMYUK’s Jon Price, Group Finance and Operations Director, and Robin East, Group Sales and Marketing Director.
