Ryan Mair Joins Canadian Print Scholarships

Toronto Ont. – The Board of Trustees of Canadian Print Scholarships (CPISTF) is pleased to announce that Ryan Mair, Vice President, Print and Marketing at Staples has joined the Board.

“Ryan brings a wealth of experience in production and retail print operations as well as a unique perspective of the graphic communications industry” said Jeff Ekstein, Chair of the Board.

“The industry is more relevant than ever in a marketplace that is grappling with a seismic shift in norms. That’s why attracting talented young people to the roles that make up this exciting industry is so critical. The mission of Canadian Print Scholarships is well aligned to this purpose and I’m excited to work alongside this team of industry leaders to achieve its goals” added Mair.

In September, Canadian Print Scholarships will be supporting study for a record number of graphic communications students across the country. Success in this work depends on support from industry. Donations can be made online at printscholarships.ca through an annual or monthly gift.

The mission of the Canadian Printing Industries Scholarship Trust Fund is to attract the brightest and best students available to the graphic communications industry by providing financial assistance to enroll and continue in a post-secondary management or technical program at an approved institution.
