Inc. Magazine Lists Printful as One of 5,000 Fastest-Growing US Companies for the Second Year in a Row

Press release from the issuing company

Printful has been ranked no. 1055 in this year’s Inc. magazine list with a revenue increase of +440% during 2016–2019. The Inc. 5000 is an annual guide to the most successful privately held companies in the US. Companies are ranked according to percentage revenue growth during the previous three years.

“The announcement of the Inc. 5000 list is an exciting event to look forward to and be a part of. The more we grow, the greater the honor it is to be recognized alongside some of the most inspiring businesses in the industry. Printful has always been about creating consistent value for our customers. I'm proud of the effort our team has put in to maintain that consistency while also maintaining our growth, especially given the challenges 2020 has presented us with,” says Davis Siksnans, CEO and co-founder of Printful.

This is Printful's second year on the prestigious Inc. 5000 list, and since then the company has achieved several important milestones, such as reaching 20 million printed products—doubling the number in a year—while also expanding the team to more than 1,000 employees worldwide. To achieve this, Printful invested USD 10.6 million in printing equipment and tech in 2020 alone, with total investments adding up to USD 37 million.

Compared to 2019, the number of fulfilled Printful orders in the first half of 2020 has grown by 72%. The second quarter of 2020 has seen the biggest jump: +112% compared to that of 2019. On top of that, the number of registered Printful customers in the first half of 2020 has increased by 77% vs. H1 of 2019.

This is closely related to the increased demand for Printful goods and services as well as general ecommerce growth following the Covid-19 outbreak.

Printful continues to grow, and this year the company launched operations at its second European fulfillment center in Barcelona, announced plans to open a facility in Canada by the end of 2020, expanded operations in Mexico, and partnered with fulfillment companies in Australia and Japan. In keeping with the company's intention to improve the Printful experience in international markets, the Printful site has also been made available in French and German.
