Press release from the issuing company

Chuck Nason steps down as Chairman, elected Chairman Emeritus

Stevens Point, Wis. – Worzalla, an employee-owned company specializing in printing high-quality children’s books, movie tie-in books and cookbooks, announced that Jim Fetherston, President and CEO of the company, was elected Chairman of its Board of Directors. Fetherston replaces former Worzalla CEO Chuck Nason, who recently stepped down from his position as Chairman.

“In the 10 years I’ve been with Worzalla, our Board of Directors has been enormously responsive and supportive which fueled our dramatic growth”, said Fetherston. “I’m thrilled for the opportunity to serve as Chairman of the Board and continue to lead Worzalla as one of the nation’s most respected book printers.”

To recognize Nason’s 40-year long career with Worzalla, the Worzalla Board of Directors unanimously elected Nason to the title of Chairman Emeritus.

“It’s been the honor of my life to lead this company, I will cherish all the memories and the friendships I made along the way,” said Nason. “Under Jim’s leadership, I believe that Worzalla is well positioned to continue its legacy as a world-class book printer.”

Nason will retain his seat on the Worzalla Board of Directors and serve the remainder of his term through 2021.

The Worzalla Board of Directors is responsible for growing value for its employee shareholders, plan for the future of the company, and advise company leadership on key issues. Of the nine-member Board of Directors, three spots are designated for employee members. Company boards of directors for employee-owned companies are unique in that they have members who directly represent the employees of the company. Other members of the Worzalla Board of Directors include Sam Crockett (Treasurer), Bernie Patterson (Secretary), Brian McManus, Jeff Gerstner, Mary Przybylski, Megan Meyer and Wayne Plaski.
