Thomas Printworks Provides Printing Solutions for Customers Amidst COVID-19 Outbreak

Press release from the issuing company

Melville, N.Y. – As social distancing continues to be the new normal in our current society, restaurants are offering alternative dining and take-out solutions to help keep business growing in times of crisis. Thomas Printworks, a Canon Solutions America customer, offered an immediate solution to its customers in the food service business by printing thousands of banners for their establishments designed to promote and ease their transition to curbside carry-out.

“We understand the needs of our customers are always changing and we constantly strive to not only meet their needs, but exceed them,” said Trevor Hansen, chief revenue officer, Thomas Printworks. “In times of crisis, we want our customers to know we are always here to support them and their establishments.”

Over its 60 years in business, the full-service print solutions provider has expanded its offerings from hotel wall coverings and accent walls to dynamic digital signage, various marketing materials, wallpaper and philanthropic efforts—just to name a few—all designed to support evolving customer needs. Having recently added a fifth Canon Colorado 1650 printer to its lineup, Thomas Printworks has been able to further optimize workflow and take on more diverse projects with quicker turnarounds.

“We are humbled to stand by our customers who provide immediate support to those communities in need,” said Peter Kowalczuk, president, Canon Solutions America. “Their compassion and attentiveness directly aligns with our corporate philosophy of Kyosei, which we define as ‘All people, regardless of culture, custom, language or ethnicity, living and working together for the common good’.”
