Correction: Major Purchase of Newspaper CTP in India

Following publication of this week's Tribute Tuesdays article on picking a CTP supplier, I received an e-mail from Naresh Khanna, editor of Indian Printer and Publisher. This was about my comment (below) on a major purchase of CTP systems in India:

“I have to admit to being staggered to hear of the huge newspaper CTP order by Dainik Jagran in India for 40 newspaper CTP engines. Twenty-two of these were Screen thermal machines, machines with no history of usage in newspapers. The other 18 were for Krause violet platesetters. Neither Screen nor Krause has a history of working with this newspaper, so I would be intrigued to know the newspaper’s rationale for this choice.”
